About the Role

We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who actively drives store performance, rather than just supporting it.
This role goes beyond traditional retail. You will be responsible for:
  • Engaging customers and influencing purchase decisions
  • Driving conversion, AOV, and overall revenue
  • Creating a high-energy, product-focused in-store experience
You’ll work closely with store leadership and be a key contributor to how the business performs day-to-day.

What You’ll Own

Customer Experience & Selling

  • Deliver a high-energy, product-driven sales experience
  • Actively engage customers and guide them to the right product
  • Drive conversion and attachment (multiple units, add-ons, upgrades)
  • Confidently communicate product features, styling, and benefits

Store Performance

  • Contribute to store KPIs including conversion, AOV, and UPT
  • Support execution of product launches, promotions, and merchandising
  • Maintain strong awareness of top-performing styles and trends

Operations & Execution

  • Keep the sales floor fully stocked, organized, and visually strong
  • Execute transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support inventory, replenishment, and loss prevention standards

Team & Culture

  • Bring a positive, accountable, team-first mindset
  • Take initiative and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Partner with leadership to continuously elevate execution

What You Bring

  • 1 - 3+ years of retail or sales experience (performance-driven environments preferred)
  • Confidence in engaging customers and driving sales outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a bias toward action
  • Interest in product, style, and customer experience

Position Details

  • Part-time role based in South Congress - Austin, TX
  • Reports to Store Manager
  • Must be available for weekends and flexible scheduling
